Fuss

Over his 20-year career, Jon Fussell served at eight Naval Special Warfare commands and led hundreds of combat missions.

In 2010 Jon founded Patriot Leadership Development in order to share his combat leadership experiences with the private sector.

Jon holds a Master’s Degree from Naval Postgraduate School, a MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business and has attended executive education leadership programs at University of Michigan, Harvard and Oxford.

Megan

Megan Fedorenchik holds her Master’s degree in Functional Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health. She was one of the first national-board certified health and wellness coaches in the United States.

Megan's passion is educating and empowering teammates to learn the true ins-and-outs of healthy eating and living habits. She works with individual clients on total body health coaching and leads workshops for corporations and her military community.

Megan is a wife, mother two young boys and does extensive work with our nation's most elite special mission units.

Ricky

Enrique Herrera is a retired Air Force Special Tactics Combat Controller who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in efficient communication and coordination under the most demanding circumstance.

The asset synchronization, communications and prioritization best practices that Enrique learned over the course of his 23-year military career with our nation's most elite fighting forces are translatable to high performing teams in every business sector.

Ricky and his family can usually be found volunteering for various military nonprofits. Their passion for service K9s is often felt through Ricky's energetic storytelling.

Sal

David Salisbury comes to PLD after an impressive 30+ year career in Naval Special Warfare with 11 deployments and various overseas tours including assignments in 5 different embassies. He has served as an advisor to multiple senior leaders, partner nations’ military forces, and the occasional Foreign Minister of Defense. David continues to lead the community with a focus on Team Building, Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Leader Development.

"Sal" holds a Master of Strategic Leadership from University of Charleston, West Virginia and is conversant in 4 foreign languages. He's quite the grill master and is freakishly good at trivia.

Andrew

Andrew Zwerner has served as both an Intelligence Officer in the US Navy, and as a Special Agent in the Federal
Bureau of Investigation.

While assigned to Naval Special Warfare Development Group, he led intelligence operations for 200+
member special operations task forces comprised of US military, civilian intelligence agencies, and allied coalition partners charged with targeting key Al-Qaida and Taliban leaders.

While serving as an FBI Special
Agent in Miami, he was responsible for investigating sensitive counterintelligence matters that pertained to the national security interests of the U.S. across
southern Florida.

Rob

Rob Stock's drive as a serial entrepreneur came as no surprise to his Navy SEAL teammates who watched him recover from life-threatening injuries he sustained 2013 on his final combat deployment to Afghanistan.

Post retirement Rob has built two successful businesses. The first focusing on human performance, the second, a biomedical and
aerospace manufacturing company. Rob's focus is on helping organizations to build and
inspire elite, high performance teams capable of operating in high-pressure environments and persevering through adversity.
